1. Overview

Trader’s Edge Daily (“TED,” “we,” “our”) is a free email publication produced by TexasWest Capital, LLC. By subscribing, accessing, or forwarding any TED content, you (“you,” “subscriber,” “reader”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Educational-only content

All material is provided solely for educational and informational purposes. Nothing contained in TED constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, an offer to buy or sell securities, or a solicitation to engage in any transaction. 6. Subscriber responsibilities

• Do not impersonate another person or entity.

• Do not copy, scrape, or harvest mailing lists.

• Use the content only for lawful purposes.

7. Referral program

If you participate in our referral program, you must (a) share your unique referral link in a truthful, non-spam manner and (b) refrain from offering monetary incentives. We reserve the right to void referrals that violate these Terms.

TED emails may include links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of TED after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
